]]> 1.Centered around the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), this training camp explores social issues through lectures, sharing sessions, and simulated proposal exercises. It aims to enhance participants’ abilities in design thinking, needs discovery, and problem definition, empowering youth to develop social innovation projects and form teams to apply for the Young Fly Global Action Plan.
2.Key details of the training camp guidelines are summarized below:
(1) Training Sessions:
Northern Region: January 4 (Mon) – January 5 (Tue), 2027, at Caesar Metro Taipei, Taipei City.
North-Eastern Region: January 18 (Mon) – January 19 (Tue), 2027, at THE ARCHIPELAGO, Yilan County.
Southern Region: January 25 (Mon) – January 26 (Tue), 2027, at Han-Hsien International Hotel, Kaohsiung City.
(2) Target Audience: R.O.C. (Taiwan) citizens aged 18–35 (born between January 1, 1991, and December 31, 2009).
(3) Registration Period: From 12:00 PM on October 5 (Mon), 2026, to 12:00 PM on November 18 (Wed), 2026.

]]> To establish a key platform for Taiwan’s cultural technology showcase and international exchange, the Ministry of Culture has co-hosted the annual event “TTXC Taiwan Technology X Culture Expo” with the Kaohsiung City Government since 2023. This year (2026), the event will take place from October 9 to October 26 at The Pier-2 Art Center in Kaohsiung.
Under the theme “All in AI: Symbiosis Era,” the event features 6 major themed exhibitions, 25 international perspective forums, and over 100 industry matchmaking events. Covering topics such as AI, XR, virtual production, tech art, and immersive entertainment, it creates a cultural tech experience that crosses the boundary between reality and the virtual world. Key highlights include:
(1) Themed Exhibition “Yes, AI Do: Welcome to the 2050 Emotional Exchange”: Running from October 9 to October 26, this exhibition centers around a virtual emotional service space in 2050 and a “wedding” experience, exploring the future of human emotion and social interaction in the AI era. The closing event on October 26 will bring together VOCALOID creators and digital artists from Taiwan and Japan for a joint performance.
(2) “XR DREAMLAND”: Showcasing 39 domestic and international works, including award-winning pieces from prestige film festivals such as Venice, Cannes, and SXSW. Must-see highlights include Asian premieres and multi-user interactive VR works like Artemis: Moon Mission, First Ascent: Everest 1953, and The Darkroom, alongside Taiwanese original and international co-production works such as To Limakawud, My Time Machine, and Shell Island.
(3) “Cultural Tech Trends Series” Forums: Key representatives from the cultural content industries in Japan and South Korea are invited to Taiwan to share practical industry insights. Topics include “Hatsune Miku and Creators: Miracles of Creation,” “Solo Leveling: The Evolution of a Phenomenal Masterpiece,” and “AI Film Revolution: Unlocking the Visual Effects of Agent Kim,” covering issues such as IP management, cross-border collaboration, animation production, and AI film application.
(4) MUTEK x TTXC Series: Marking TTXC’s first collaboration with a music festival, this series features exhibitions, forums, and the live audiovisual performance “Let’s Play with MUTEK!”, featuring artists from Canada, Japan, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.

2.Recruitment Details
(1)Eligibility:
Open to current students and young professionals aged 18 to 40 (individuals who turn 18 on or before January 1, 2027, and are under 41 as of January 1, 2027) who study, work, or hold household registration in Hsinchu County. Applicants should possess influence in their respective professional fields, demonstrate enthusiasm for public participation, and show active concern for local Hsinchu County issues.
(2)Application Method:
From now until Wednesday, November 18, 2026, at 5:00 PM. Please visit the Application Website to complete and submit the required application documents online.
(3)Selection Process:
The selection process consists of two stages: Document Review and Interview. The Education Bureau of the Hsinchu County Government will conduct the preliminary document review. 2.Purpose and Background
Elections are a crucial public affair in a democratic society. Polling place inspectors bear the responsibility of monitoring the voting and ballot-counting procedures, playing a key role in safeguarding the fairness, justice, and smooth operation of elections. According to regulations, college and university students are eligible to serve as polling place inspectors. To encourage young students to actively participate in public affairs, this program provides students with an opportunity to gain hands-on understanding of the electoral system, engage in election operations, deepen their understanding of democracy and the rule of law, and contribute to democratic elections and local public affairs.
3.Election Date and Service Details
The voting date for this referendum is Saturday, November 28, 2026. Working hours for polling place inspectors are from 8:00 AM until the completion of ballot counting (actual working hours depend on the progress of voting and counting on the day). Each inspector will receive a allowance of NT$2,500, which will be disbursed upon completion of the assigned duties according to regulations.

]]> I. Processed in accordance with Letter No. 1153150035 issued by the Central Election Commission on February 26, 2026.
II. The voting date for the election is scheduled for Saturday, November 28, 2026. To align with the selection process schedule, students who wish to serve as polling and vote-counting station staff in the district must complete all required details on the registration form (including National ID number, contact phone number, and household registration details such as Village and Neighborhood). Please submit the completed registration form by October 8, 2026, without a formal cover letter, directly by hand, email, or fax (02-25095618) to the Civil Affairs Section of the Zhongshan District Office for compilation.

]]> I. The 2026 Local Public Officials Election is scheduled to take place on Saturday, November 28, 2026. This initiative aims to foster public awareness and enthusiasm for public affairs, thereby increasing willingness to participate in public affairs and enhancing understanding of election administration.
II. Compensation for polling and vote-counting station staff is set at NT$2,400 for Chief Clerks/Administrators, NT$2,200 for Inspectors, and NT$2,000 for Reserve Staff.
III. Please submit the recommended staff registration form without a formal official cover letter or fax it to the Shilin District Office by October 2, 2026, for subsequent selection procedures (Fax: 8861–5506).
